Guide to Ordering Our Products

Step One: Find the products you need

If you have a specified product you want, you can search products using our searching bar. Products can be searched by product code, product name, synonyms, CAS number, and keywords. If you want to find the suitable product for your research and have not yet decided on a specific product, you can view our product list online according to our categories, or contact us to ask for a product brochure to find the suitable product for you.

Step Two: Send a specific request for the desired products

You can click on the "Order Center" on our website, then fill out the corresponding form and submit it to express your requirements such as product name, quantity, purity, use, etc. Or you can email requests and needs directly to our support team.

Step Three: Get the products you need

When we receive your order request, we will be the first time to respond to the order and request, and give a quotation. After the order is confirmed through communication between the two parties, we will deliver the product to your designated address in a timely manner by appropriate means of transportation.

If you need a product which is not within our product list, please contact us. We will be pleased to provide the custom synthesis service. You will get your custom product by the following three steps.

Step One: Tell Alfa Chemistry about your needs

Obviously, the first step is to tell us what you're looking for. Some clients have very specific, very clear needs, in which case you can simply fill in the relevant information in the "Online Inquiry" on our "Custom Synthesis" page. However, some customers aren't sure what they want, then you can tell us your goals (for example, what properties do you want the product to have? Where do you want to apply your product?) by sending us an email. The dedicated chemists at Alfa Chemistry are happy to make suggestions.

Step Two: Sample development and testing

Once the specifications are agreed, Alfa Chemistry's chemists will customize the product you've specified. After we've developed the sample, we will use one or more of the most advanced internal analysis techniques to ensure that the sample we prepared meets the specified requirements. In some cases, we will send out samples for you to test.

Step Three: Get the products you need

Once the sample has been agreed upon, we will start synthesizing and manufacturing your product, and then safely ship it to you.
