About our products

What is the purity of your products? how do you determine it?

Our chemicals are of very high purity, typically ≥95%. Chemical purity and quality are determined using a comprehensive range of techniques, including HPLC, NMR, microanalysis, optical rotation, TLC, and mass spectrometry. Details are provided on the Certificate of Analysis that accompanies each product.

Can I have some samples?

Yes, please contact us by describing the product name, application, quantity or some specific requirements, and we will send you a sample.

Are your products approved for human/animal use?

Unless otherwise specified, our products are manufactured for research purposes only and are not intended for human or animal use.

Should different batches of a product look the same?

It is normal that different batches of the same product may be slightly different in appearance and color. This does not affect product performance and use.

Is there any minimum order amount?

Alfa Chemistry does not set a minimum order amount, and we can supply products from mg to ton. However, to ensure high weight accuracy, the minimum possible amount is 1mg.

Do you offer a discount policy?

In general, for large or ongoing orders, we offer discounts and special prices. Therefore, when ordering more products, you will have a lower quote.

How can I get your quotation for the products?

You should fill in online or email your requests about products and services to us. And then we will provide a response to quotations, orders, and requests within 1-3 workdays.

About the delivery

How long does it typically take to deliver products?

Product delivery times may vary depending on the inventory of the target product and the place of receipt, among other things. The good news is that Alfa Chemistry has a lot of products in stock. Usually, the product can be received within 1-3 weeks after the customer order is confirmed.

Can products be shipped by batches?

Yes, if the customer requires that products are shipped by batches, we will deliver the products according to your requirement.

About the documentation

Do you provide material safety data sheets and certificate of analysis?

Yes, material safety data sheets (MSDS) and Certificate of Analysis (COA) may can be found on our website for some products. lf they are not available online, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Can I obtain compound purity data or spectra?

Yes, electronic copies of NMR, LC-MS and other spectra are available upon request.
