Establish Quality Control Procedures

Alfa Chemistry has developed detailed quality control procedures for each step of the production process, including raw material reception, storage, handling, production, testing and final product release. In this process, we define quality control objectives and ensure that each step is strictly implemented in accordance with high quality requirements through the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Maintain a Clean and Controlled Environment

Maintaining a clean and controlled environment is essential to prevent pollution and ensure product quality. Alfa Chemistry conducts regular cleaning of all areas related to production (including but not limited to production areas, storage areas and laboratories, etc.) to maintain a clean environment. In addition, we strictly control the entry of contaminants into these areas, while conducting real-time testing of environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity and air quality in these areas to ensure that they meet production requirements.

Conduct Rigorous Testing

Rigorous testing is one of the most important aspects of quality control, which ensures that products meet requirements and are safe and effective. Alfa Chemistry has established detailed and specific testing measures for all raw materials used in our production process, intermediate products and finished products, including the development and selection of appropriate test methods, continuous verification of the reliability of test methods, regular calibration of instruments and regular training of analyst. In addition, all testing activities will be recorded in full detail and kept for the appropriate time.

Use Advanced Analytical Instruments

Modern analytical instruments are the key to ensuring product quality control. Our analytical suite features a wide range of analytical equipment including high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography (GC), mass spectrometry (MS), LC-MS, GC-MS, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), atomic absorption spectrum (AA), automatic titrators and automatic mp/bp instruments, among others.

Train Personnel

People are fundamental to everything; therefore, staff training is also an important aspect of quality control. Alfa Chemistry has prepared a variety of training materials, including training manuals, videos, presentations and practical training exercises and then conducts regular and appropriate training for all personnel involved in the production process, including production operators, quality control analysts and laboratory technicians, to ensure that they understand the importance of quality control and can perform their work effectively.

Continuously Improvement

Any measure is not perfect, only continuous improvement can better guarantee product quality. Alfa Chemistry regularly collects and in-depth analyses product quality data, equipment performance data, and process data to continuously improve all aspects of the production process, including procedures, equipment, personnel, documentation, and testing.
