Analytical Procedure

At Alfa Chemistry, for analysis of PFAS in human blood plasma samples, an ion pair-based extraction method is usually performed and then the extracts are usually analyzed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) coupled with a high-resolution mass spectrometer (HRMS), or ultra-high performance liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS).
