Description
Dexelvucitabine, also known as DPC-817; INCB-8721; PSI-5582; YZ-817, DOC-817, is a nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor potentially for the treatment of HIV infection.

Biological Target
Dexelvucitabine (Reverset), a cytidine analog, is a nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor against HIV-1-resistant viruses containing a thymidine analog and/or M184V mutation in the viral polymerase. Dexelvucitabine is a 2'-deoxycytidine antiretroviral agent.
