Features And Benefits

Acid Blue 183 Used in High Performance Acid Dye Compositions

A type of high-performance acid dye composition can be uniformly mixed with weak acid dyes, auxiliaries and stabilizers derived from natural products using general methods. When dyeing with this dye composition, the dye exhaustion rate is extremely high, and the wastewater after dyeing is nearly colorless. Furthermore, the auxiliaries derived from natural products contained in the composition are completely biodegradable and can be discharged directly. The dyed material has good washing fastness, and is especially suitable for dyeing various new polyamide fibers. It will not change the feel of the fiber or affect the light fastness.
Composition of high-performance acid dye compositions
· The weight ratio of the acid dye preferably ranges from 5% to 90%. Acid dyes include C.I. Acid Blue 183.
· The preferred weight ratio of auxiliaries derived from natural products ranges from 5% to 90%. Auxiliaries include chitosan, starch, modified starch and enzyme-catalyzed hydrolyzed starch of different molecular weights.
· The preferred weight ratio of the stabilizer ranges from 1‰ to 19%.
