NMR Based Chemical Analysis Service—JEOL502

Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) is an ideal analytical technique for non-invasive, non-destructive, and quantitative studies of molecular structures, dynamic processes, and chemical reactions. NMR is an indispensable tool in chemistry, from the elucidation and validation of structures to the monitoring of reactions, the study of organic chemistry would be unthinkable without this powerful analytical method. Alfa Chemistry, a leader in chemical analysis, offers analytical services based on JEOL502.

Name Of The Instrument/Platform

JEOL502

MANUFACTURER: JEOL

Summary

The 502 is a two-channel JEOL ECZ spectrometer operating at 500.44 MHz. The system is equipped with a Royal HF× triple-resonance probe capable of switching between high-sensitivity proton or fluorine observe, or triple resonance (H/F/X) mode. The broadband channel extends from 31P down to 15N. This system runs in full-automation using a 24 sample carousel, and JEOL Delta software version 5.3. Note that the JEOL can be used for variable-temperature work between -80C and +80C. Data can be retrieved from an in-lab data server for up to six months.

Alfa Chemistry' JEOL502-based chemical analysis services for clients can provide valuable structural information on whole molecules through a range of analytical tests. Please contact us directly if you require further details.
