Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) is an ideal analytical technique for non-invasive, non-destructive, and quantitative studies of molecular structures, dynamic processes, and chemical reactions. NMR is an indispensable tool in chemistry, from the elucidation and validation of structures to the monitoring of reactions, the study of organic chemistry would be unthinkable without this powerful analytical method. Alfa Chemistry, a leader in chemical analysis, offers analytical services based on Avance401.
Avance401
The 401 is a two-channel Bruker Avance-III HD Nanobay spectrometer operating at 400.13 MHz. The system is equipped with a 5 mm liquid-nitrogen cooled Prodigy broad band observe (BBO) cryoprobe, and runs in manual mode, using a SampleXpress 60 for sample handling. The broadband channel extends from 31P down to 15N. Data can be retrieved from an in-lab data server for up to six months. The system runs Bruker Topspin software version 3.5pl7.
Alfa Chemistry' Avance401-based chemical analysis services for clients can provide valuable structural information on whole molecules through a range of analytical tests. Please contact us directly if you require further details.
