Specification
A high-performance acid dye composition has been developed, which consists of weakly acidic dyes, natural product auxiliaries and stabilizers. The combined dyeing exhaustion rate is close to 100%, while the wet color fastness of the dyed fiber is improved without changing the fiber feel. The dye composition is suitable for nylon, silk, wool, leather and other materials.
Acid dye composition formula
· The proportion of weakly acidic dye components is 5% to 90%. Typical dyes include Acid Brown 119, Acid Blue 40, Acid Black 24, Acid Green 73, Acid Violet 17, to name a few.
· Additives from natural products account for 20% to 50%. Natural product additives are selected from chitosan, starch, processed starch, enzymatic starch, dextrin, inulin, etc.
· Stabilizers account for 1‰ to 19%. Examples include sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, nisin, chitosan oligosaccharide, etc.
