Great Additive for Fluorescence Imaging in Cell Research
I recently used the Polyethylene-polypropylene glycol as an additive in my fluorescence imaging experiments, and I must say, I am incredibly impressed with the results. When combined with Fluo-3 AM for intracellular calcium ion detection, the Polyethylene-polypropylene glycol helped enhance the fluorescence intensity significantly, allowing for clear and detailed imaging of the TM4 cells.
