Development of Disperse Dyes
Disperse dyes are a class of dyes with relatively small molecules and no water-soluble groups in their structure. It must be dyed with the aid of a dispersant to disperse the dye evenly in the dyeing solution in order to dye fibers such as polyester. Disperse dyes are mainly used in chemical synthetic materials. Because they are insoluble in water and have no dyeing performance on natural fibers, they usually need to be used together with other dyes.
