Rare earth fluoride includes lanthanum fluoride, cerium fluoride, praseodymium fluoride, neodymium fluoride, gadolinium fluoride, yttrium fluoride, dysprosium fluoride, etc. It is a white powder with a purity of 99.55% to 99.99%, containing Fe₂O₃, etc., and the content of non rare earth impurities is less than 0.01%.
